Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Mythic Vitals mobile application and this website (together, "the service"), operated by Csaba ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Not a medical product
Mythic Vitals is a game, not a medical or health product. It provides no medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment of any kind. Numbers shown in the game — resources, casts, scores — are gameplay abstractions, not health metrics, and must not be used to make health decisions.
Consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing your physical activity, exercise, hydration, or sleep habits, especially if you have any medical condition. The game intentionally caps its rewards at moderate activity levels and grants a baseline on rest days; nothing in the game should be read as encouragement to exceed what is healthy and appropriate for you personally.
2. Your account
- You may play as a guest or sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the security of your Google account.
- You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian's consent.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or falsify health data (for example, by injecting fabricated records into Health Connect) to gain in-game advantage, including in PvP and shared modes;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its servers, or access them by any means other than the app itself;
- Harass or abuse other players, or use the service for any unlawful purpose;
- Resell, trade, or transfer accounts or in-game items outside the game.
4. Virtual items
All in-game content — including resources, casts, gear, currencies, levels, mastery points, and cosmetic items — is a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use features of the game. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game, and may be modified, rebalanced, or discontinued at any time as part of operating the game.
5. Intellectual property
The service, including its art, design, text, code, and the Mythic Vitals name, is owned by Csaba or their licensors. You may not copy or reuse it except as allowed by law.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of activity-derived values, or uninterrupted availability. Health Connect data depends on your device, sensors, and other apps, and may be incomplete or inaccurate; the game makes no promises about it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes to the service or these terms
We may update the game, its content, and these terms. If we materially change these terms, we will update the date above and give notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
